Parent Liaisons from NHCS ESL informtion

Purpose: to have effective communication with the parent and school staff
Who: a bilingual individual who ensures parents have access to information, services, and the support to ensure their child's academic and social success
When needed: Enrolling, filling out forms, giving school tours, explaining programs and resources available to the parents and child, answering questions about school rules and policies, arranging parent/teacher conferences, IEP meetings, MTSS meetings, mental health evaluations, home visits, screenings, emergency communications, and attending open house nights
